Nice, clean hotel and comfy beds. Great food choices for breakfast, including some hot items. My beef was with Ysabel the front manager, who couldn't manage to resolve my issue. The male manager on duty the previous evening told me I would NOT have to pay the $10 extra person charge (3 in a room with 2 queen beds..), but when I went to check out, Ysabel fought with me about it. Telling me she had to call *******, yadda, yadda. After 10 minutes of discussing that the evening Holiday Inn manager said I wouldn't have to pay the $10 fee even though Yenae, the assistant, was present for both exchanges and reluctantly confirmed that yes, the night manager did say that.
