We checked in early at 12plus hoping that if there's a room for us. The staff were so kind that they gave us an immediate room and upgraded us to a bigger room, knowing that we really need a rest. Breakfast is very simple and basic but tasty. All good. Thank you.

This is my 3rd time booking this hotel in past few years when I travel to Penang. Convenient location and quiet place.

Great room however no towel not any of the same kind in the room . TV not channel . Other than that I had a pleasant stay .

Late night check in available. Location is ok. Room is big enough.

Small room but near to tourist spots within walking distance. The bedsheet seemed unclean. We felt itchy when lying on the bed. Car park is limited, but you can park in front of the lobby or along the roadside. Not a big problem.

The location is strategic overall experience is okay and acceptable given the price at the holiday ends . Overall is okay and not bad

Cannot check in on time. Have to wait 45 min to check in. After check in, have to ask bath towel and toothbrush because housekeeping forgot to put in the room. Another day also forgot to put bath towel and toothbrush after make up room. The room is not noise proof. There is no guest room phone in the room. If you need any request, you have to go down to the reception. Bed sheet got a stain. The floor is sticky.
