This was a fantastic high standard family-run hotel that exceeded any expectations we had. Our experience from the moment we checked in until we left was always met with friendly easy-going family and staff. The room and bathroom were of a high standard and always cleaned to a high standard. The wellness is an experience if not for the view but the different saunas available. The breakfast cannot be faulted every taste is catered for and fresh every day. This is a high-standard run by a lovely family who take pride in their little piece of heaven which they have designed and are running so well. We certainly left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Amazing stay, we were with 4 friends and made a lot of memories. The breakfast was very extensive and gave us a good start to go skiing. With only a few minutes walk to the nearest lift and we could ski to the hotel because there was some snow of the pistes.

We stayed in the Penthouse suite of Hotel DAS GERLOS and I'm pretty sure this is the best room in Gerlos. The hotel is really something different than your typical Austrian hotel and we love it! It's modern and stylish and the service is phenomenal. The entire hotel staff is super friendly and the breakfast is one of the best we've ever had. Everything is fresh and made with love. The great thing is that you can ski or snowboard from the top of the mountain all the way to the front door of the hotel, put your ski's and snowboard in the skilocker and head straight to the sauna with a beautiful view. I'd highly recommend DAS GERLOS to anyone!

An excellent place to stay in Gerlos any time of the year. In the center of town, close to the dorfbahn, restaurants and more. Great staff, tasty breakfast and a bar for a drink in the evening👍 We brought our dog to the hotel as well.

Wir waren mittlerweile zum 3. Mal hier und es ist jedes Mal wieder ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Loft, wie auch die normalen Zimmer, ist sehr schön eingerichtet, modern und sauber und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist top und der Service sehr schnell und aufmerksam - Extrawünsche und Allergien/Unverträglichkeiten werden immer berücksichtigt. Die Lage ist super und die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage großzügig. Wir werden sicher auch ein 4. Mal wiederkommen :)

Wunderschönes Hotel, mit so viel Liebe zum Detail und zur Qulität!! Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Das Gerlos und hatten ein normales Doppelzimmer gebucht. Das Hotel ist ein Familienbetrieb und das merkt man. Hier ist es wichtig, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen und das haben wir vom ersten Moment an. Im Hotel ist alles durchdacht, modern, dennoch gemütlich und wirklich von hoher Qualität. Angefangen vom Frühstück (super leckeres Egg Benedict!!), über tolle Pflegeprodukte im Bad, bis zum kostenlosen Bio-Tee im Wellnessbereich. Apropos Wellnessbereich…. Einfach unfassbar schön mit Panoramasauna mit Blick in die Berge. Zum Skifahren können wir das Hotel nochmal extra empfehlen, da die Bergbahn nur 5min fussläufig entfernt ist und die Talabfahrt bis vors Hotel geht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
