Location looked up to date and the bed was very comfortable, the water in the shower was soft water which is a plus very modern. Will definitely be back in the future

This hotel was very clean and had excellent service. It was right on the ASU campus so also very convenient. The included breakfast was also great. It’s worth nothing that there is a campus trolley/train that passes by the hotel often so if you are sensitive to noise this could bother you.

Property is clean and staff is very nice. If you’re sensitive to noise, next to the train/light rail and our shower kept dripping on the metal drain all night.

Great experience staying at the Hyatt Place, was super convenient for my graduation at ASU that was directly across the street. Would come back again!

A bit noisy because of construction next door. Also we decided to eat at the restaurant for dinner because we were tired the first day to go out. Well the food was awful. Soggy bun burger that was microwaved and served in a plastic container. Should be much better quality .

Hotel is new and clean, walkable distances to ASU campus and restaurants, highly recommend. The pool is a bit small though.
