Located in George Square, this hotel has been a lovely surprise for myself and my partner. The service was excellent, and the check in smooth and fast. The guy at the reception helped us upgrade FOC the room to a double. The room was spacious and clean, and the overall furniture style is modern and yet classy and cosy 10/10. We also had drinks at the bar and also there the service was nice and the drinks very well made. Finally we had breakfast in the morning. The variety and food quality was excellent, minus the coffee unfortunately, even tho this didn't ruin the experience. I'd definitely come back!

I have stayed in many AC hotels, and this one was the most disappointing. The hotel room was covered with a thick layer of dust, and the hygiene was worrying. After checking in, there were no toothbrushes, no combs, and no bottled water. I called the white operator at the front desk, and he said it would take 15 minutes to deliver. In the end, an Asian lady at the front desk helped us in time and provided us with the convenience we deserved.

We had an absolutely lovely stay! Very modern, clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. We stopped in for a quick drink at the bar, and Stuart took such great care of us that we ended up staying for a few more! He gave us some fantastic suggestions for what to do in the area, and made some absolutely stellar cocktails. Our experience in Glasgow would not have been the same without Stuart's recommendations and hospitality. We hope to visit again someday!
