Located in George Square, this hotel has been a lovely surprise for myself and my partner. The service was excellent, and the check in smooth and fast. The guy at the reception helped us upgrade FOC the room to a double. The room was spacious and clean, and the overall furniture style is modern and yet classy and cosy 10/10. We also had drinks at the bar and also there the service was nice and the drinks very well made. Finally we had breakfast in the morning. The variety and food quality was excellent, minus the coffee unfortunately, even tho this didn't ruin the experience. I'd definitely come back!

房間很新，前台有一箇中國小美女JINGYI,服務特別好，非常貼心，入住前先去探了一下店，她領着我們去看了房間和各處設施，讓我毫不猶豫就選擇了入住，入住後也及時溝通有什麼需要改進的地方。酒店位置很好，離兩個火車站距離都不遠，就在喬治廣場邊上，因為酒店是新的，所以剛進門的時候會有點味道，提供膠囊咖啡機和膠囊咖啡，解決了咖啡問題，客房服務也很滿意，留條會及時反饋並給予處理

我住過很多AC hotel，這次是最令人失望的一次。酒店房間積一層厚厚的灰，衞生情況堪憂。入住酒店以後，沒有牙刷，沒有梳子，沒有瓶裝水。打電話給前台的白人接線員，説要十五分鐘才會送到。最後還是一位亞裔的前台小姐姐及時幫助了我們，給予我們應有生活便利。

We had an absolutely lovely stay! Very modern, clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. We stopped in for a quick drink at the bar, and Stuart took such great care of us that we ended up staying for a few more! He gave us some fantastic suggestions for what to do in the area, and made some absolutely stellar cocktails. Our experience in Glasgow would not have been the same without Stuart's recommendations and hospitality. We hope to visit again someday!
