It's quite conveniently located within walkable distances from the city centre. The room is decent and clean. Members of staff are generally nice. Breakfast is included in the price so it's good value. Do not expect amazing views, rooms, or food. I would say, however, that it is a satisfactory experience for what I paid.

The room was clean, it had everything you need. Comfortable bed, fast cleaning and good attitude towards animals😊 Interesting design of the hotel and convenient location. The room was quiet, so I had a great rest after a long walk around the beautiful city 🥰. Breakfasts are ordinary, if you stay for more than three days, it will seem too monotonous 🤔But the overall impression is excellent 👍

The room was ridiculously small for 3 Adults. No free parking area. Disappointing breakfast with same menu everyday.

The hotel is in a good location however, staff were not welcoming and rude.

Most of the services is good, but when I call to reception for the swearing kit, it said they don’t have, since I saw the message in the toilet said when you need just call and ask them.

everything needed for an overnight stay which was used for night out stay over. Night out was based in merchant city so hotel is well placed.
