The city view room only offered a view of the outdoor air conditioning units. Breakfast selection was very limited with no fruit. It's very close to the University of Sydney, but the room's soundproofing was poor. Shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner were provided.

This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Paying over 10,000 RMB for 3 nights, I wouldn't have stayed if I wasn't on a business trip abroad. Everyone, please avoid this place! It's worse than an old guesthouse, and in China, it probably wouldn't even cost 100 RMB. There's no parking either. The pictures have nothing to do with the actual hotel. Sydney, however, is still beautiful.

There was no trash can in the room. The water pressure in the shower was low. The room window was so dirty that when I tried to take a picture outside, my phone kept giving me a 'clean your lens' message.

The location is super convenient for the University of Sydney, and there are large commercial facilities and supermarkets nearby.

The room was very comfortable, and this was my second stay here. The owner was really welcoming, the hot water was great, and the view was lovely. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of amenities right outside. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sydney.

Great location, right opposite the University of Sydney with a shopping center and a large supermarket next door. The front desk staff were okay. Other than that, there's nothing positive to say. The soundproofing is terrible, the facilities are bad, and the staff entered our room without permission after knocking. There's only one cleaner for the entire hotel, and you have to book a room cleaning in advance with the front desk; otherwise, even if you hang the sign, it won't get cleaned. The room door can't be deadbolted, so there's no sense of security at all. It's comparable to a 200 RMB motel in China, no exaggeration. The front desk closes after 9 PM, and the service phone is unreachable.
