Staff was distracted and rude. Parking wasn’t available because the hotel was hosting a fashion show. I had to park down the road and walk to the hotel at 2:30 in the morning. We heard people laughing, talking, running etc past midnight. Facilities are very dated.
The shuttle driver who took us to the airport was nice.

Bugs, bugs, bugs! Flying bugs on the walls, bugs on the bed, crawling bugs on the bathroom floor. Could not rest comfortably.

Property has been refreshed and common areas very well done
The rooms / dated / but the bed was very comfortable
The bathrooms should all be ripped out and update to 2024
No rainshower head / lousy water pressure / step in tub and awful shower curtains / it is not 1985

Hotel staff gave 5 star service, I did not meet one employee that did not go above and beyond. I got early check-in at no additional cost which was great considering the long travel and I needed sleep. The room needed quite a few updates. The prices at the onsite restaurant were too high. Great location (close to the airport and Amtrak) for short stays, like an overnight while waiting to catch a flight. Definitely not for long term stays.
