Nice place, however the internet connection is not that good

Book elsewhere - avoid this one!! The description on their website does not match reality, e.g. their is no air conditioning in any rooms despite stating room have this on the website. Room was very small, with little privacy - no way of closing the blinds to the room. The wi-fi was really slow and bed was awful. We made the decision to request a refund and look for other accommodation - we only stayed for 15 - 20 minutes. To their credit the Manager was very apologetic and agreed to initiate the refund of our room charge (which is in train).

When we booked the property was advertised as a spa suite and the facilities included Laundry , Flat Screen TV, Free Wifi Etc. When we got there we were told the spa are in the room was not available and unsafe, room had no air conditioning, the laundry was not for the guest , there was no tv antenna connected and if you wanted to watch something you have to use your own Apple TV account. After much complaining the staff agreed to log into the tv using their own account but the Wifi was so slow it was constantly buffering.. The property was not worth what we paid and wotif have done nothing to help us despite us contacting them and being promised that they will investigate,, TOTAL RIP OFF

There were cockroaches in the property in addition to several spiderwebs in each room. On the carpet in an upstairs bedroom there was something like pile of insect excrement. The hot tub was not functioning and unsafe but there were signs warning that it not be used.

Was charged twice..one with ******* and one with the motel.if not updated my account i would have been ripped off. After quires i was paid. Lucky me

Comfortable beds and nice touch to have a casting device although the Wifi signal could be better

Had the worst experience! When we checked in to the hotel it was very dirty and had not been cleaned properly. As we were leaving to go out for dinner we locked the door, went to check that it was locked and the door just opened! We told the staff and they said there was nothing else they could do as it was just recently fixed so we asked to speak to the manager she was not on site so was called via phone, then we tried to explain to her what happened only to get yelled at by her, she would not listen to a word we said or let us speak it was like speaking to a brick wall then she accused me of breaking the lock but her own husband and daughter were witnesses to the hotel door lock being broken. Her daughter had to explain to her that we were being honest about the door after all that we then asked for a refund which they still kept some money for a cleaning fee for an unclean room. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had, so unprofessional and rude, terrible customer service, an unclean very dirty old hotel. I wouldn't recommend booking here unfortunately
