The location was relatively ok, I received a room, on the 5th floor, big enough for 3 people, as I requested and as I paid - with a double bed and an extendable armchair. One day at 11 pm, water started to flow from the ceiling, next to the lighting system (a very large amount of water, it wasn't just a few drops). We asked the reception staff to fix the problem, the solution was to assign us another room (on the 2nd floor). I accepted, because the rain from the ceiling did not stop, the risks were quite high, maybe even a short circuit. At that time we moved to the room offered - extremely small, a room with 2 beds close together. I warned the person at the reception that the bed is not suitable for 2 adults and a 3-year-old child, that the mattresses move and it is not possible to sleep properly, they came to the room to check the situation (so it was not known what kind of room - was offered). In the end I stayed there, it was already past midnight, with the hope that a solution would be found in the morning. The next day, no one came to discuss the situation with us. We went to talk to the hotel reception, after we explained the problem, the employee said that he would pass it on to his superiors for a solution, but that we would stay in the same room. On the last day, Sunday, we managed to talk to the manager, who, very aggressively and with a totally inappropriate attitude in the given situation, told us that it was not their fault that it rained in our room, the hotel is not to blame, that the only solution is to subtract two days of parking and be satisfied that we were offered another room under the conditions of a full hotel. We don't know if that person was really the manager, he refused to introduce himself.
