Service at the reception desk is at the highest level. Very nice, charming, professional and helpful staff at the desk. Rooms are cleaned daily. It's a good place for children, because there is a mini swimming pool and animations. The reception area is nice and good-looking, which cannot be said about the rest of the facility. There are two overloaded elevators - there are long queues for the elevators, which are small, crowded and slow, so it's faster to go by foot on the stairs. Rooms are in the old, cheap standard straight from the 90s with poor lighting in each part of the room. There's no free drinking water in the room and of course nobody even thought to put water dispensers on every floor - you have to go downstairs to 0 floor every time you want a drink water or orange drink (they called it orange juice but trust me - this is far, far away from juice) +you can't pour water from dispenser to bottle and take it to your room. You have to pour it in 200ml cup just because. Coffee from this machine - tastes as it looks - I mean awful. most of restaurant's food is poor quality and monotonous. It's not tasty at all. Scrambled eggs which looks like egg soup, rubbered and old fried eggs that can hardly be cut (I recommend pancakes, because these are always made fresh and do not lose quality quickly), overcooked pasta, ice cream full of artificial flavors and colorings. The ice cream scoop with water looks so messy like it's replaced once a day. It doesn't look eatable . Food for vegetarians nearly doesn't exist. There is a swimming pool, but it's crowded like elevators. +Pool is open until 5pm. Snack bar By the pool is also until 5pm, but pizza only from 3pm XD who is the originator of this idea? Sunday was a salvation, because there were no annoying animations and loud polish disco polo music that plays every day from 10 pm to 11 pm. It pretends to be luxury hotel but it's not.
