Apartamentos Las Arenas

I highly recommend the Las Arenas apartment to everyone. I was looking for a suitable apartment for two for a long time, and finally I found this apartment located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is literally 2 minutes walk, then you can take the elevator or go down the stairs from the street. Parking spaces are available around the apartment building, but it can be very difficult to find a free space. At the time we were there, there were no parking fees on the streets, even on the blue lines (apparently it remained so after covid and I don't know if it has changed ... It's best to ask the service of, for example, the apartment at the registration desk). Our studio was on the 6th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. It was a modest studio but we didn't miss anything, we spent most of our time outside anyway. It was clean, sheets and towels changed every two days. The kitchen is also equipped with the necessary equipment. Good value for money, comfortable beds, TV with plenty of channels. We rented the ride-free options through agoda.com. By the beach there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops to buy souvenirs open until late hours.

Simple apartment but with everything you need and good views. friendly staff. Correct cleaning, Located very close to the beach and a ten-minute walk from Yumbo. Very good value for money. I will repeat (and they already go several times).

Despite some setbacks "such as arriving before 2 pm and the reception only opens at 4 pm and the internet does not work" . As for the rest it was positive, good location but sometimes walk a little to park in the hotel area, but sometimes it's good to walk a little 😊

We have been from December 10 to 16 and we have returned delighted. Perfect location, beautiful views (8th floor) and good reception service. proximity to the beach, shopping centers, restaurants and promenade.

I liked it a lot, quality and service. Quiet, clean, very tastefully decorated. Friendly staff, huge pool, excellent food. I recommend your visit, you will like it from the bottom of my heart.

Eerste nacht een minder mooie kamer gekregen. Volgende dag is dit keurig opgelost en kregen we een prachtige kamer. Officieel moesten we hier voor bij betalen omdat het mijn verjaardag was kregen we hem gratis. Mooi en schoon zwembad met voldoende stoelen. Zeker aan te bevelen.

Très bien le personnel est accueillant et aimable ! Je recommande cette appartement, avec douche , balcon , toilette, cuisine équipée, Tv , canapé, 2 lits . Belle Piscine , plusieurs centres commerciaux à proximité , proche de la plage . Parking gratuit dans la rue .
