Best Western Plus Arlington North Hotel Suites

BEWARE THE KNOBS ON THE DRESSER ARE VERY SHARP ON EDGES MY DAUGHTER ACTUALLY CUT HER FINGER ON ONE OF THE KNOBS. (Pictures posted)REPORTED TO STAFF THOUGH IT DID NO GOOD. They are only concerned with the Dollar not the safety or welfare of the guests. Toilet was not flushing and took approximately 4hours of fecal matter smell before maintenance fixed it. Had to utilize the lobby restroom. Definitely Not a straightforward business. Matter of fact there is NO HOT BREAKFAST. It’s a grab and go breakfast yet they still charge for buffet and full breakfast. Shows how much this company cares by not updating the description the amenities and what they actually offer. Room description is not accurate there is no jacuzzi tub it’s a jet tub so the mgr marisela said and THAT IS A LIE. THEY DID NOT WANT TO DIRTY ANOTHER ROOM AND FOR MR TO STAY IN THE DANGEROUS ROOM I WAS IN. To top it all off on the day to check out they accused me of damaging the elevator door wall because there were scrapes on four inch wall he then called the cops to have me escorted off and they gave me a trespassing warning!! Mind you this was after I was attempting to again bring the attention to staff and manager ABOUT THE DRESSER HANDLE THAT CUT MY DAUGHTERS FINGER!!

Dirty towels

The walls are a little thin and the bed could be a little more comfortable but it’s in a good location and there’s a shuttle service to the Cowboys games.

I arrived on an early flight and was able to check in and get my room by 10:30 a.m. The staff was great, room was clean, great experience.

An affordable place with nice rooms and staff in an area that gives easy access to the interstate for travel.

Very nice place to stay would definetly stay there again. Staff were so nice and helpful each of them were not just one of them. I really enjoyed our trip.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. Very helpful about the area. The only thing that was the least bit off was the bed. It could have been more comfortable, but it was a great area and very quiet. We felt very safe in the area and it was a convenient location.

Got stranded in Dallas and got a room here- have to say it’s an impeccably pristinely clean hotel and the rooms have an extreme level of detail and cleanliness - the first paramount priority for me - the mattress not bad not great- duvet needs to be thicker - but the level of clean of this hotel is outstanding and that matters to me most
