Was an overall good experience. Didn’t have any notable problems with the service, and the room was clean. I went out to Nantes for the afternoon and the bedsheets and towels had been changed. The location isn’t the best but not horrific either. There is a boat that you can get to cross the river to the city centre of Nantes and only costs €1.70 and just takes over 5 minutes to walk over there, with the ticket valid for other public transport in the city.

J'ai eu un très bon accueil, aimable, rien à dire, très bien. j’ai pu avoir une chambre au 1er plutôt qu'au 2eme étage.
Il est possible de manger sur place et d'avoir une boisson chaude tardivement au distributeur à boissons. les commerces "leclercs" à 5mn et un restaurant supplémentaire chinois tout à coté
Le lit est grand et propre par contre le mur face au lit avaient des traces marron que j'ai nettoyé et signaler lors de mon départ car il en a d'autres sur la porte des la salle d'eau. Un coup d’éponge n'aurait pas été du luxe avant mon installation. Si non la chambre est calme, sans climatiseur ou autre ustensile (bouloir), le radiateur existe pour l’hiver ça doit aller. Mais bon c'est un première classe. Je n'ai hélas pas eu le réflexe des photos avant mon nettoyage.

Hygiène déplorable. Le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement. Évier sale avec des taches sur la robinetterie. Petit déjeuner très limite à notre arrivée à 8h30 il n'y avait déjà plus rien .
