Mit unserer 3 Monat alten Tochter waren wir nach Genf unterwegs und haben einen Halt in Vevey eingeplant. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Hotel und kosten etwas. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross, hell und sauber. Ein Babybett wird auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Hotel befindet sich leider nicht im Zentrum von Vevey und zu Fuss wäre es zu weit. Es gibt ein Restaurant im Hotel, welches wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Wasser aus einer Quelle kann man kostenlos selber auffüllen im Hotelgang. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The rooms are clean and tidy, in the city center, surrounded by supermarkets and shopping malls, but we are coming in the summer, there is no air conditioning in the room, it is hot, but the hotel will have a fan for you, it will be cool in the middle of the night.

Bewertung: Romantik Hotel Le Vignier, Avry-devant-Pont Vom 23.6.- 26.6.2021 haben wir zwei Brüder mit unseren Frauen drei Nächte im Romantik Hotel Le Vignier, Avry-devant-Pont verbracht. Die 14 Gault Millau Punkte verdient das Hotel nur mit der fantastischen Aussicht auf den Gruyerzersee, die schöne Terrasse und die modernen und angenehmen Zimmer. Alles andere verdient jedoch die Bezeichnung für ein Romantik Hotel nicht. Die Chefin und teils des Personals verhalten sich gegenüber uns Gästen sehr inkompetent und unhöflich. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mindestens 10 Minuten an der Reception stehen gelassen, bis sich das herumstehende Personal bemühte, uns lustlos und unfreundlich einzuchecken. Für das erste Abendessen wurde uns ein ungemütlicher Tisch im Restaurant angeboten. Unser Wunsch, das Essen im Courmet-Restaurant zu geniessen, wurde uns unhöflich und mit einer fadenscheinigen Begründung abgelehnt. Für den zweiten Abend haben wir einen Tisch im Courmet-Restaurant anlässlich des 75-igsten Geburtstages meines Bruders reservieren lassen. Obwohl wir die Chefin auf den Geburtstag aufmerksam machten, wurde dem keine Beachtung geschenkt. Der Tisch war ohne jegliche Ambiente und lieblos gedeckt, ohne eine brennende Kerze, ohne Blume und ohne eine Gratulation an das Geburtstagskind. Vom unhöflichen Kellner wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser gewünschter Wein nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Auf unser Nachfragen bei einer Kellnerin war dieser Wein jedoch in genügender Menge vorhanden. Dieses „Decouverte-Menu“ kostete den stolzen Preis von 95 Franken pro Person, mit dem selben fantasielosen Gemüse wie auf dem Tagesmenu!!!) Solche negative Beispiele haben sich wie einen roten Faden durch unseren gesamtem Aufenthalt durchgezogen. Beim Auschecken hat uns die Chefin wiederum lange warten lassen. Sie erachtete das Einordnen von Zeitungen wichtiger, als uns auszuchecken. Bei dieser Gelegenheit haben wir der Chefin unsere Kritik an ihrem Hause freundlich, jedoch bestimmt mitgeteilt. Sie interessierte sich jedoch überhaupt nicht dafür, mit der Bemerkung „bei uns ist das halt so . . .“ ! Die unsympathische Chefin war schlussendlich froh, dass wir das Hotel verliessen (wir haben während diesen drei Tagen für knapp 3‘000 Franken konsumiert). Wir haben uns auf diese drei Tage am Gruyerzersee sehr gefreut und wurden nur enttäuscht. Wir können dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht weiter empfehlen. Ruth und Robert Stöckli Alice und Karl Stöckli

Good experience before arrival with useful and prompt assistance for the booking. Upon arrival (late) we were helped by Raul. He was both friendly and efficient and when I asked a little later for camomile tea for a sure throat he went or of his way to help - great service. Room was also very nice and felt both new and good quality including the bed linen. Thanks
