This Hotel location was great. There is a lot of restaurants near by, a shopping center very close, and is located right between the mall and coliseum. The front desk was very friendly but could have been more quicker with check-in and there really aren't any amenities . But over all the staff was friendly the rooms were very clean and our stay was great.

Bathroom fan very noise, public noise is loud, no appropriate night light, door to the outside of the building, didn't feel safe as a mom staying with kids, security guard on site, window checking after dark.

The property is an average Red Roof in my opinion. I stayed here on a night ahead of a move to a convention site across the highway on a sudden decision to attend. (Basically more than half the price.) Accommodations were basic with no real issues. Staff was friendly enough to make me feel comfortable. No real deterrents to prevent me from staying here again. I'll just plan and prepare financially to be on site for the full convention in the future.

I AM NOT USE TO HAVING HEATERS AT THE SEALING WHEN IT IS KNOWN THAT HEAT RISES, IT TOOK 5 HOURS FOR MY ROOM TO HEAT UP. I AM A TRAVELING NURSE AND ANY HOTEL ROOM I HAVE STAYED IN HAS ACCOMMODATIONS OF A MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR MY ROOM HAD NEITHER, I WAS INFORMED THAT ONLY THE LARGER KING BEDROOMS HAD REFRIGERATORS AND MICROWAVES. I WAS NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH MY STAY AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND RED ROOF

Dirty - bedspread had cigarette burns and was stained. Walls stained. Mold in shower.
Noisy - people coming and going all hours. Smoking outside of rooms. I had to listen to several cell phone calls I really didn't want to hear.

The room door would not secure properly, the front desk refused to move me to another room. The pictures of the property are obviously outdated. The room looked nothing like what you see. There seemed to be abandoned cars in the parking lot. They allowed people to party in the parking lot all hours of the night.
I did not stay for the second night and the hotel is refusing to give any refund.
