Room with a view. Enjoy your coffee in the morning or a fine wine in afternoon with view of vineyard and river..... It's only short drive to Launceston. Winery 5 minute walk. No complaints from me! Don't forget to say hi to Wally's the wallaby he loves biscuits.

Accomodation for 2 people would be fine but the couch bed is terrible so I wouldn’t recommend it for families. A tiny bin in the kitchen fills very quickly if you’re cooking or going through nappies. The outside bin provided for our cabin was stuffed full of other peoples rubbish so we were left with a smelly bin bag that we had to provide for ourselves as there are none provided sitting outside our door for our stay. Cleaning staff seemed to be wishing they were anywhere but there with zero smiles or even a hello. And if you book through AirBnB they will NOT leave you a review so don’t expect one. Seems they think they either are above giving reviews for their guests or can’t be bothered. Management might want to learn about how AirBnB works and the whole feedback/review system. When I asked why they werent leaving us a review I got a short message basically saying ‘we don’t do it’! Based on the dodgy couch bed/tiny bin/overflowing outside bin/unfriendly staff and management it will be our first and only visit and we won’t be recommending it to anybody we know. But hey, 2 stars for the great views!

A lovely apar**ent with glorious views, fully self-contained, everything you would ever need. Only negative I would mention, which really can't do anything about, is that during the week, early morning road noise is definitely noticed.
