The last stop of this May Day trip was in Guangde, and we specially booked two luxury suites. But the overall stay experience is very poor. I spent more than a thousand per room to book a suite, but what I got was probably the service of a budget hotel, which is very, very not worth it. First of all, I called the hotel to confirm the day before and on the day of check-in. We will definitely check in, but the arrival time will be relatively late, so please be sure to reserve a room. We arrived in Guangde after 8pm and checked in at the hotel, so I think we should have given the hotel enough time to clean the room. But after check-in, the refrigerator in one suite was locked? ? ? It's very unreasonable. There were passengers checking in that day but the refrigerator was locked. What does it mean? There were no snacks or drinks in the refrigerator in another suite. It was completely empty, but the room I booked included drinks and snacks in the freezer. After staying in the two suites, the residual smell of decoration in the room was still very strong, but there was no air purifier or other equipment in the room, indicating that the room was not ventilated seriously, or that there were fewer passengers staying in the suite. Not long after I moved in, I felt uncomfortable in my throat. In one of the suites, there was no trash can, and only two bathrooms had small trash cans. Routine maintenance of hardware equipment is poor! When I took a shower at night, I found that the water in the shower was very small. The reason was that the shower head was broken and leaking! I can't understand that in a newly opened hotel, the smell of decoration residue is so strong. The shower is broken. No one has done daily inspections and repairs when it is broken. It shows that the management of the hotel is very poor. Once again, the experience is very bad! What happened after checking out the next day was ridiculous! We left the hotel at 11 o'clock. Before leaving, I called the front desk through the room phone and informed us that both rooms were checked out now and the room cards were left in the room. Please let them know. The front desk responded well. And off we went. Then at around two o'clock, around three o'clock, and around four o'clock in the afternoon, we received calls from the hotel, asking us whether to check out or extend the room. We told again and again that we had informed the front desk in the morning that we had checked out and left our room card in the room. However, there was no communication between the hotel staff at all and they kept calling us to ask us the same thing over and over again. It was really funny! ! It was a very bad experience, especially since I wanted to choose a better hotel and book two comfortable rooms to end the seven-day trip comfortably, but it turned out to be the worst experience in the entire trip. It's far less comfortable than a B&B with a few hundred bucks. Very disappointed and will not choose to stay here again. The only thing that was okay was that the breakfast tasted okay, but there was only one coffee machine, there was a long queue, and I didn't get any drink in the end. I didn’t take any photos of the hotel because the experience was too bad, but I still recommend visitors to Tai Chi Cave and Muzi Villa for dining.

During the May Day holiday, I went to Guangde, a small city in Anhui. The mountains and rivers were very pleasant. I chose the New Century Grand Hotel, which had just opened. The room was clean and comfortable, and the waiter's attitude was also very good. I was especially impressed by the gym on the fifth floor. The comfortable decoration, professional equipment, and clean swimming pool made people feel relaxed, which was much better than the large chain gyms in first-tier cities. It is worth mentioning that I was fortunate to receive careful guidance from the gym owner Zhang Jian (I checked after I came back and found out that he was actually a national champion). He did not treat us differently because we were just guests of the hotel. Just for this gym, I will definitely travel to Guangde again and choose to stay at the New Century Grand Hotel in the future.

The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the pillow is a bit high, there is a small desk, a soft sofa, and all the hardware facilities are available. There is an underground garage, so you can go directly to the hotel without getting wet in the rain; the service is considerate, Xiao Lin at the front desk checked in quickly, and was enthusiastic to send private messages (any questions and calls can be contacted on WeChat), free welcome fruit, free snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. At night, the water in the shower room leaked to the outside floor, and Xiao Lin immediately asked the aunt to clean it up, and the aunt also politely said sorry for disturbing her; Tongli Impression Restaurant has an elegant environment, rich and delicious dishes, and Xiaoqinglong, which is not a specialty here, also performs extraordinary. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast is a bit monotonous, there are not many varieties to choose from, and the cost performance is not high.

Kaiyuan Hotel is very good. I have stayed there many times. The staff is professional.

I came to Guangde on a business trip and stayed at Kaiyuan to experience it. First of all, Xiao Yang at the front desk checked in quickly and told us the time for breakfast and gym. When I was waiting for the elevator, I saw the robot delivering food. It was very advanced. The breakfast variety was also very rich. Next time I come to Guangde, I will choose Kaiyuan
