I felt their service attitude even before I checked in, especially Alex from the concierge department. He contacted me in advance to see if I needed to be picked up. He upgraded the room directly after I checked in. Then the shuttle bus guy took us around the hotel. The guy at the swimming pool carefully helped the children get water and towels... Later, when the flight was delayed, he was also very nice to help me check out later. There was service everywhere, and the hotel was super beautiful, very photogenic, and the room was large, with a super high cost performance! I have stayed at Park Hyatt and Conrad in Guangzhou before, and this one is the best!

The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

During my stay at the Ritz Carlton, I was deeply impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. However, I would not recommend the afternoon tea at the hotel. I noticed that several flies were buzzing around my tea set. I gonna say that was horrifying.

The service attitude of the security guard at the front desk and at the entrance is super good. He poured water for us as soon as we entered the hall. We have been out for many days and feel the warmth of home! The room facilities are average, a bit old, the door doesn't have a chain lock, I'm a little worried about safety! This all-season is a newly opened hotel with good overall hardware facilities. It is very close to the Canton Tower and the Pearl River. It is very convenient to take the subway to Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. There are many places to eat around. However, the all-season hotels I have stayed in recently have a problem. After check-in, I can always find hair on the sheets and pillows, which makes people very uncomfortable. I can only choose to change the room or change the sheets. I hope the cleaning service can be improved.

Toilet is clogged, but they solve immediately after we inform customer service. Front desk staff is helpful and especially morning shift staff who handling on breakfast food. I brought my baby to Guangzhou for fun. I wanted to stay in a hotel where I can see my waist. Star-rated hotels are really too expensive. I found several B&Bs that were pretty good. I chose this one because it has two rooms and a large bathroom. The living room, the price of 800 is really not expensive, this is the center of Guangzhou! We came during the off-season and made a reservation one day in advance. Friends who come during the peak season must make a reservation in advance! This room is on the 23rd floor, and the view is great, but you have to walk to the window to see the complete tower. Don't book the room below the tenth floor, because the view is not good. I took some photos I like and am satisfied with my stay!

Coming for Canton Fair, distance from hotel to canton fair not far and only took less than 30mins. Nearby GuangZhou tower. Hotel staff is friendly and guide you everything if you are unclear. Warmest part is they even invite you to add their wechat and you may consult 7/24 with them. Hotel is clean, cozy and spacious. Order food delivery and reachable at doorstep before 10pm. Definitely recommended.

Location is the primary choice factor. It is very close to Canton Tower, about 10 minutes' walk away. The facilities are quite satisfactory, there is a refrigerator, but the bed is very hard. It was a weird trip. Our booking in other hotel was cancelled, so at 1.30 am we found this hotel ( as booking online for the rest of the night was not possible). We ordered a room with 2 separate beds. The receptionist told us that there is no such a room ( it took 30 mins to explain what we want, she asked about the details). She told there are only: a single room or single-bed room. We asked her to check if there are the hotels nearby who might have 2 separate beds. She asked tons of questions, made a call and said no. We were tired and agreed on the single-bed room. She started to register us, all the passport, stamps of entry, exit and told I can be settle and a friend of mine no, as her passport will expire in August ( in 3 months). After some negotiations and a call to someone we were registered and settled to the room with 2 beds at 3.45 am. All the calls and waiting were just a waste of time, as the required room was there). 2 hours at the reception all in all!!! + The receptionist told that there was a construction work next to the hotel. The sound was not that bad. Not quite, but like next to the road. Not that bad as we had expected. It was nice of the hotel to let is know in advance. + The room was clean, comfortable, shower worked well. There were even tea bags, but no drinking water.
