Therefore, there is a huge gap between the beautiful pictures of Xiaohongshu and the overwhelming number of Internet celebrities checking in. It is false propaganda. Furthermore, if the room type you check in does not match the reservation, there is no different room type prompt on the booking page. If there is, I will definitely note the preferred room type in advance. For this reason, Ctrip actively helped negotiate and deal with it, but because there was no room to change, and the nearby B&Bs and hotels we had considered before were all full, we had no choice but to move in, but our whole mood was deeply affected. In order to prevent us from leaving bad reviews, the hotel asked me to cancel the Ctrip reservation, and they rebooked it with a 20% discount on the Ctrip price. However, the hotel didn't understand that I didn't care about the hundreds of dollars, since I was willing to spend more than 2,000. When making a reservation, you pay for the comfort, view, facilities, and services. So I won't ask for a discount. I also asked if there would be customers who would check out early the next morning and do the cleaning in advance. We moved to half a day in the morning. I promised on the day that they would try their best to arrange it tomorrow, but I went to eat at 9 o'clock the next day. During breakfast, I saw that other room types were being cleaned, but no one came to contact me to change rooms, and the front desk didn't answer my calls. I was extremely disappointed from check-in to check-out. Only the service was relatively better (maybe because we complained, so we were treated more seriously). I suggest you think twice before staying in this B&B! ! !
