This hotel is fantastic and we would stay there time and time again. With a very warm family feel and great decor. The room amenities are excellent with really comfortable beds. The rooms feel luxurious. Staff is so helpful and friendly. If you are an English speaker, a translator app would be helpful. We chose this to be convenient to the airport. We were not intending to do any shopping. We used the airport transport service three times as we all had different flights. It was fabulous and FREE - amazing! Top marks Home2 Suites by Hilton. 😇😇

Very nice hotel to stay (very quite at night). Very good customer service. I remember a customer service (余晶）very patient to show me how to use China App to search for tourist attractions, DD (taxi) and etc... By the way, the hotel also provide free laundry and drying machine for customer (self-service). Overall, customer service are very helpful. Thumbs up

我住了三天。外國人也能住。酒店非常好！房間也特別好！床特別舒服！前台服務也很好。房間沒有噪音，隔壁鄰居房的完全聽不到。隔音很好。自動開關窗簾，自動馬桶都很好，有機器人送外賣，點外賣的話記得提醒騎手送餐到正確的酒店因為挨着有兩個酒店，騎手經常送錯不過這個不是酒店的問題。還有就是我住4樓，健身房和洗衣房在三樓，但是我的卡無法去到三樓。前台重新給我新卡之後還是不行。我就走樓梯到了三樓。但是沒有明確的標誌健身房或洗衣房在哪裡，我找了一會兒找到了 電梯出去左轉然後再左轉。健身房的設備很新。很好用。我晚上9點過去的沒有什麼人。上下車的地方沒有當雨的。如果雨大衹能去停車場。早餐選擇比較少。不過我想吃的都有。我就吃個麪包而已 哈哈。但早餐不是很豐富。雖然有4、5種菜，有沙拉桌，水果桌，麪包桌，麥片桌，咖啡和茶桌，飲料，酸奶和牛奶桌。還有現做的麪，應該雞蛋也可以炒 不過我沒有點現做的菜。大家都點了。酒店離機場很近。送機很快的。司機開的有點快不過還是安全送達。我到了發現車上寫的酒店名是旁邊酒店的。不過整體我覺得這個價格這些服務和這個早餐非常值得。以後有機會還是會選這個酒店。比附近的所有酒店對比 這個應該是最好的。

管家Summer超級棒 從入住到離店 全程關心問候～還有歡迎水果，早餐還提醒我們～可惜床太舒服，一直在睡覺…錯過啦飯點。這種feel 就像在家裡一般，這是一家寵物友好酒店，目前我們國內也在逐漸完善寵物型酒店，那我覺得作為主人我們也要帶好尿不濕等備品，酒店這麼給力，我們也不能給酒店帶來麻煩啦，住的也很舒服，送機服務的車子也很好。還會再入住的

环境很好，宾客服务Summer服务不错，本来送的小礼品是无糖可乐，喜欢喝茶，然后Summer留给换了茶，很人性化，距离机场很近，很方便！
下次出差一定还来，非常适合工作的小伙伴
