Guangzhou Shamian Island YATLAND

Hi tech equipment ，best friendly service , breakfast is good,because the location is a bit of quiet so it is better to book with breakfast, a hidden gem in my home town!

The hotel is very hidden in a designer park, near to zhu jiang river, but there is no tourist spot or trsin station nearby, walking to nearest train station will be 15-20mins, surrounding no much food or leisure place. Good thing is quiet. Fruit is served when you check in and went into room. The breakfast at roof top view was wow. Nearby tourists attraction by taxi is Shamian Island.

Hotel location is quite secluded, 10 mins walk to nearest MRT station. We booked three rooms for four nights. Conceirge staff are very warm and welcoming. Special commendations for excelllent service to 石小姐 at check in and Trainee 小赵. Both of them are patient and sincere in providing utmost assistance to us and our fellow travelers. Housekeeping staff are also very kind and smiley, the rooms are cleaned very well daily during our stay. Daily breakfast is adequate and tasty, Chef and 阿姨mending the noodle stations are very friendly and helpful too. Will certainly return to stay. Thanks Yatland

We visited Guangzhou for the 135th Canton Fair and stumbled upon this gem of a hotel after struggling with choosing a hotel for weeks before our arrival. My colleague and i had an awesome stay. We were a bit nervous driving into the complex where the hotel is located however we were pleasantly surprised . The hotel looks newly renovated and the lobby ambience is beautiful. The staff at the reception were also very nice and helpful no matter what time of the day or night it is. The rooms are also very modern and clean, with a Chinese “Alexa” to open the windows , take the lights off and on and turn on the smart TV that you can connect your mobile phone to. The bathroom has a nice big shower and a nice self functioning toilet with heating and automatic flushing after use. The only downside was the breakfast because as foreigners there weren’t as much options but if you’re not a picky eater then the breakfast won’t matter. The hotel offers free laundry and a space to workout which is a definitely a plus and also food ordered from outside the hotel is delivered in the adorable robot. Overall 9.8 out of 10 we really enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to 黄先生 manager for going out of his way to assist us in getting our mobile phone back after it was left in the taxi , thank you so much your dedication and service you were exceptional. Also to 赵先生 bellhop / receptionist , special thanks to you too!!! No matter what time of the day once you were at work, you were always there to help so thank you your service was refreshing. PS sorry for no pictures of the room but I can say truthfully that the pictures posted are the actual pictures of the room.
