Stayed for two consecutive nights. On the first night I went to the back door and found a cigarette butt (Picture 1). I immediately went downstairs and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me change rooms. On the second night, the lights in the bathroom were broken (Picture 2). Two of the three lights were broken. Only the one on the sink was good. I called the front desk staff and he said he needed to come up and take a look. When I came up, I found out Confirmation is bad! ! Then say something like "It's okay, it feels like it shouldn't affect the shower, right?" etc. ~ You said it's okay. I spent more than 180 yuan, shouldn't I stay in a normal room? As a staff member, shouldn't I propose a solution? What's the solution? If you say it's okay, I'll stay in a bad room for the same price?

I was really speechless. I booked three rooms. When I opened the first room, the room was opened to us without cleaning or changing anything. When I opened the door, I was really dumbfounded. When I opened the third room, I was even more speechless. When the room was opened for us, we swiped the card to go in and opened the door. There's still someone sleeping! ? ? Then they talked about it for a long time, and finally told us that there was no room. I was really convinced, and finally gave me a room with a strong cigarette smell, broken air conditioning, and leakage under the wash basin. If it hadn't been too late, I would definitely not have I would forgive the hotel so much! Then I couldn't watch the TV in every room. I called to find out that the equipment hadn't been upgraded yet and I couldn't connect to the Internet and couldn't watch it. This is the most speechless hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk service is also poor, and the hotel facilities are also poor.

下飛機後劃了一下地鐵附近的 隨便找找的沒想到很驚喜。性價比很高 環境好。應該是才裝修過的 感覺住的很舒服 周邊吃的也很多 交通方便 下次來廣州還會選擇這裏。前台小姐姐特別禮貌，還為我升級了房間
