因為堵車錯過高鐵時間臨時定的房
優點：便宜，離廣州南站近
缺點：房間地板有毛髮（礦泉水掉到床頭撿起來纏了頭髮和灰塵）。
旁邊有夜宵檔（半夜全是炒菜聲，聲音很大，還有空調外機聲也是）。
接送服務已取消，攜程上面訊息應該沒更新。
前台人員態度非常差，還老是離開前台，根本找不到人，電話也打不通。
入住時不告知是，自助退房，牆上面貼的自助退房的告示和一堆其他告示貼在一起，佔比低於六分之一面積，根本看不清，結果找不到客服人員退房差點誤了高鐵（客服人員出現以後還氣勢洶洶的來説我，瞪着我）。
這輩子最差勁的居住體驗

房間很乾凈舒服，距離地鐵站也近，還能包接送到南站，我們提前一個晚上定的第二天早上六點要去南站，司機也會來敲門提醒我們到時間了，服務態度真的很好，下次還會來住的

一般般不算太差，沒有紙（別人用過的衹剩一點點），沒有毛巾（有一張佈滿灰塵小毛巾不敢用），天花板掉一大塊石灰到床上也沒有清理（雙床房我睡的另一張床）房間不算小但佈局讓人感到擁擠和壓抑。燈光衹有大燈沒有小燈，床頭後面打的小櫃枱可以充電燒開水本來挺方便但沒有清理都是灰塵，空間大本來有很多可以改進的地方
