真的很無語前一天説要延遲退房加鍾三個小時 第二天一點出頭就來敲門 還敲的很大聲 説話態度很差 客服電話打了好幾次才接 前兩次通了就掛 不知道在搞什麼 第二天一點多被吵醒之後説加鍾 結果五點又有人來敲門應該是新的客人 不知道還沒退房嗎？半夜不知道什麼東西一直在響 吵死了 體驗感真的很差 環境還可以 但是洗澡沒有拖鞋衹能光着腳 差點摔了一跤 手磕到了門 五點半退的房説我們加了4個小時的鐘這個無所謂 關鍵是打擾到了客人也不知道道歉 其他的中規中矩 如果説我挑刺我衹能説不要打擾客人休息謝謝

房間空間挺大的，跟圖片差不多，前台小姐姐們也很禮貌，酒店設施齊全，馬桶有一次性馬桶墊很貼心

非常遺憾，該酒店沒有停車位、打開網絡電視不太暢順，周邊環境一般。希望在有條件的情況改進相關問題，好的方面繼續發揚。

衞生環境服務還是一如既往的好。就是位置有點偏去去東滙城和萬達都有一定的距離，但是相對環境比較安靜，適合出去旅遊休息的住

住了很多次了，還沒有失望過，前台服務態度超級好，酒店環境也好，衞生，就遇到過一次有浴缸但是感覺不太乾淨，希望可以改善改善

還可以，這個價格也不能要求太高，要吐槽的還是有的。房間電視一直看不了，問前台説讓阿姨來弄，快一個小時了才來，我自己已經找到原因了，是網線插錯了口。睡覺的時候發現被單也是破的，有一個大洞……

🚗 交通：去萬達和掛綠廣場都很近走路去半個小時左右就到了
🧹衞生：衞生還有待改進，不是很滿意床上會有一些頭髮
🍃環境：房間隔音不是特別的好，附近的葯店蠻多的挺方便，大排檔飯店和小食檔也蠻多的
