The overall environment is very good, spacious and bright, well ventilated and odorless. It supports Xiaodu Xiaodu voice control, and the curtains and lights can be controlled by voice. The children are very happy living and playing. I will come again next time if I have the chance. ☺️

It was a stay that really made me feel at home. I arrived in the morning and thought I couldn't check in, so I left my luggage at the front desk and went to Chimelong. The girl at the front desk was very nice and let us check in early. The service attitude was very good, and the room was very clean and well-equipped. Very satisfied

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the subway station and about a 15-minute walk from the north gate of Chimelong Zoo. There are many restaurants outside the hotel, and the location is convenient. Because I took my child to Chimelong Zoo and returned in the afternoon, I checked out early in the morning and stored my luggage. After returning from the zoo, I took my luggage to the subway station. Suddenly, it rained heavily. The hotel was very friendly and found a room for the children to take a hot bath to avoid catching a cold. They also took the initiative to ask if there was anything else they could help with. This time I booked a parent-child room and a twin room. There are 2 toilets in the parent-child room, and the double bed and the bunk bed are separated by a door, which is highly independent.

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Dashi subway station and Chimelong Safari Park. Wanmin City is right outside the hotel. It is very convenient for eating, shopping, and taking children to Wanmin City. The hotel lobby has a good environment and I like the new decoration style. The hotel waiters are very polite, the room space is quite large, the mattress is very comfortable, and the hygiene is also very clean. This season is neither cold nor hot, and there are not many people, which is very suitable for traveling. Overall, the experience of the hotel is also very good and it is worth recommending.

The room is clean, the air conditioner is not noisy, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous.

Apart from being relatively close to Chimelong, the hotel is really a mess. The check-in attitude at the front desk was very poor. I couldn't even ask for a bottle of water when I went out the next day. The room was very old and not hygienic. The sheets were torn, the hand towels were torn, and there was a cockroach running out on the floor. It is not recommended to stay here.

The room is comfortable and the location is ideal, not far from Chimelong Zoo and the subway station. There is a shopping mall downstairs so you don't have to worry about where to eat. I will come again next time.
