無服務可言，訂房後打了個電話來時未能及時接聽，後來回撥對方沒有接聽。順着地址找了一個小時才找到。
連訂5天中間沒有來搞過一次清潔。
開發票平台顯示找店家，店家説要另付税費所以她們不開，我接受另付，但是也不給開。

第一次入住這種酒店式公寓，一進門還挺温馨的，位置方便樓下就是便利店，性價比超高，下次來住酒店是首選，主要是温馨很喜歡，空調很給力，熱水很到位，床超大的超軟，被子也是，房間也挺乾淨挺安靜的，主要是因為地段好，方便，下次來住必須首選這家！！給我印象超好

自主入住超級方便，一開始還不知道選什麼酒店，但是選了這家沒踩雷真好，房間措施都挺齊全的，房間根照片一模一樣，超級有家的感覺，這個酒店試公寓挺好的，樓下就是便利店，又安靜又不吵，性價比能説是非常好了，酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼好。

這家房主讓我印象深刻，除了屋內整潔乾淨，空調涼爽，洗澡水舒服，商圈很棒緊貼着宜家家居外，倍感親切的還有，因洗衣機裏的四件衣物忘記取出，等想起來聯繫房主後第一時間幫我順豐寄出，寄出前，還晾曬了一下午，太温馨了！

這衞生不好就算了，有蟑螂我也不説了，我要住兩晚的，住第一晚我就忍了，第二天早上起來就打電話説要換被子，床單牙具那些，晚上回來一看，什麼都沒弄，我衹能説服了，最後還要自己換床單那些，第一次住這麼差勁的公寓

位置很不錯，宜家就在旁邊，晚上也很安靜，周圍環境好。房間衞生還行，因為是小長租，一過去看到窗外全是滿滿的被子，後面自己收回來疊好才有位置曬衣服。WIFI用不了，電視用不了，全靠自己數據支撐，和房東反饋了説來修也沒人。入住第二天在未通知的情況下有阿姨來打掃，一打開門一臉懵，但是後面解釋是誤會。入住最後一天，和房東商量晚一個小時退房，房東説五星好評就可以，結果休息到一半就有下個住户來按密碼，入住，還沒緩一下就有阿姨進門打掃。以上全是客觀真實事情
