到廣州來玩幾日，地點位置是不錯的，因為我們都會去動物園裏面參觀，而且酒店的季節步行就可以步行至動物園，挺方便的。酒店裏面都比我們想像中是衛生的，第一就是酒店的樓層比較低，就在鋪上面，所以樓下行過說話都很應聲

前台服務態度極差，語氣非常不好，第一天一點多過去辦入住的時候説上一批客人還沒退房，訂這個房型的客人有權益推遲到兩點退房，必須等到兩點以後才能入住，想提前入住可以加錢訂他們1.8m的複式，我問價格她死活不説，非要問我多少錢訂的原來的房間，回答個價格遮遮掩掩，感覺就是想宰我，另外考慮到兩點退房打掃完可能都三點了，就打算換一家酒店住，這時候前台又跟我説有一間打掃好可以住了，剛才明顯是拖着不想給辦入住。退房當天十二點十五就開始催退房，這時候又説沒權益延遲退房了，想延遲要交錢，衹能説前台為了賺錢把客人當**騙。此外，酒店熱水嚴重不足，洗十分鐘就沒熱水了；房間蚊子多但是電蚊香液是空的，也不給補充；酒店旁邊在施工，晚上很吵；對門不知道是租客還是什麼人，他們那側擺着一堆拖鞋，垃圾經常扔在酒店這一側門口，衞生極差。
