Guangzhou Ji'an Apartment (Wangcun Subway Station)

[Advantages] 1. The location is excellent. There is a business district downstairs, where you can find everything you need to eat, drink, and have fun. Very convenient. Rooms looking at the lake have excellent views and lighting; 2. There are ample parking spaces, right at the door of the apartment, and there are parking discounts at the front desk. [Disadvantages] 1. Poor hygiene. When I checked in, I found the previous guest's underwear on the washing machine, so I quickly threw it into the trash can. There were visible stains on the sheets and pillows in both rooms (see pictures). The balcony was piled with decoration rubbish and was in a messy state (see picture). The bathroom floor and toilet were wet, and there was obviously no hygiene. There were obvious signs of damage to the toilet seats in both bathrooms. 2. Poor management. At 9 o'clock in the morning, two cleaning ladies were chatting loudly at the door. They opened the door to stop them before continuing in a low voice. At 12 o'clock, the cleaning staff knocked on the door and asked why I didn't check out. I informed them that our stay had been extended. The cleaning staff said fiercely that they had not received the notice and asked me to tell the front desk. I immediately complained to the front desk, and the front desk immediately followed up and stopped the cleaning staff. This is my first time staying in this situation.

It was a great stay. There is a large shopping mall downstairs. It is convenient for food, accommodation and entertainment. The location is convenient for traveling and taking buses. It is next to the subway station and buses. I took my children to fencing competitions. I stayed here for two days. The boss is very nice and hospitable. He has a password lock. , when checking out, just lock the door and leave. No need to go through check-out procedures. I will choose this hotel again next time I come here. It is highly recommended.
