位置很方便，附近什麼都有，萬達，奧園之類的，適合年輕人逛街。樓層很安靜，隔音不錯。衞生也非常好，一眼望去非常舒服，可以出片。有投影儀，可以投屏，可以看想看的電影。
浴缸也好，可以泡澡。床也很舒服，很軟，被子什麼的也沒味道。有鍋，可以做飯，很好。衞生間是乾濕分離，不錯。
唯一一點不好的就是我是個淺睡的，旁邊那個洗衣機，聽房東説是水壓問題吧，會時不時有一陣聲音，後來晚上23點多還是在響，衹能讓管家來修，管家很有禮貌，修好了。可是大半夜的還是有聲音。到早上也還是有點聲音，對於淺睡的人來説不太友好。
房間還是非常不錯的！
