this is my impromptu traveling with my family as usual. we choose this hotel based on room availability and fit for us (2Aduts + 1 teen + 1kid), we stayed at suite room which is just the same like others, only additional sofabed + spacious room. extrabed is too thin (only matress) waterheater not too hot. standard aircon temperature, even though the weather is cold. but feel stuffy without AC. mold on the wall and dirts under the table. breakfast menu standard. The restaurant staff is helpful when we ask to have lunch, with simple friedrice.

hot water is limited in the morning and night only,the room is ok,you have to bring the terminal because there are only 1 plugs,the rest is okay,the hygiene is ok,the service is friendly,the location is close to asia aprika
