A very good experience, a newly opened hotel, intelligent control in the room, new facilities, good service and reasonable price. Close to outlets and close to Juran Home.

The service attitude is really bad. I stayed here for two days and checked in on the first day. The air conditioner had no temperature. When I extended my room in the morning, I told him that he would change the room for me, and then he said he would fix it for me. When he came back from work in the evening, I asked him if the air conditioner had been repaired? He said it was fixed and went back to the room. Half an hour later, the air conditioner blew cold air. In this weather, the air conditioner blew cold air. OK, forget it. Then I called the front desk and asked me to change rooms. OK, I packed my things and came down. Give me another room. I ran back and forth four times to the front desk to swipe my card but could not open the door. He had a master card. The first time he reported the problem was that he couldn't open the door. He didn't say that he would help me solve the problem. He had to ask someone to help me open the door after I told him the fourth time. Whose service attitude is like this? Bad, very bad. Not even a basic attitude.

This is my second time staying here. This time I have a very bad experience. The hygiene is not good. The bathroom leaks all over the room. You have to pay to watch the TV. 酒店工作人員都很熱情，一進門就主動問好很有禮貌，服務非常棒，房間有小度，幹啥都很方便，一個人住足夠了

酒店環境很不錯，乾淨整潔房間，服務很好也周到，有什麼事都可以找前台，他們24小時都有人， 讓人無比舒心 給我營造了一種家的感覺。
