酒店位置不錯，很方便，周邊吃的、逛的應有盡有，房間衞生很乾凈，看着也很舒服，空間很大，前台和客房的服務態度很好，很有禮貌，酒店配套的設施也很完善，很不錯的一次住宿體驗，下次過來還選他們家了。

前台服務態度極度差，我凌晨下樓買水，結果房卡忘記拿啦，叫重做一張房卡問完訊息後，説他不問其他人，就到休息室叫人，後來又説他和我上去開，房間洗澡東西比快捷酒店還差，真不知道是請啦多少水軍來做這麼多好評的

很少給酒店差評，從張家界到貴陽住了這麼多酒店，第一次覺得這個四星酒店圖片和實際差太多，尤其是衞生，看地毯，椅子簡直太臟了～影響心情💢

户型很獨特，房間大玻璃採光很好，地毯顏色很漂亮，衞生條件不錯，住起來是挺舒服的。但是作為四星酒店，我認為茶包和咖啡、刮鬍刀、冰箱等應為標配，可惜這些全部沒有。這些都可以忽略。但是不能忍的是早餐實在太敷衍，國慶這麼熱鬧的時候尚且如此，平時的早餐還不知道是啥樣。不如外面五塊錢吃的爽。孩子就拿了兩個小花捲

這是我出差n次第一次遇到當天入住的房間轉天不能續訂，原因就是有團體要入住，如果不能續訂的話，在昨晚10點服務人員可以告知，明天不可以續住了，那我就會選擇住還是不住，並不會轉天早晨我7點就出去辦事情，在攜程上一看不能續住，導致我的行李也沒有收拾，溝通起來就是沒有房了，最後房間留給我了，比我在網上貴了100，這個錢沒有多少，我也是回去報銷，但是這種行為我覺得很不好，衹因為你接了團隊客人，趕上禮拜五了，想怎麼改價就怎麼改價？散客不是客人啊？

房間地毯有污漬，電話不能用，沒有Wifi密碼提示，辦理入住登記時服務員既不説電話不能用也不提示WiFi密碼是多少，等客人親自跑到前台去問 ，才告訴密碼是多少，問為啥房間沒有提示，入住時也不提示，翻着白眼説“不好意思”，全程沒有一個笑臉。需要針線包到前台去找，前台説沒有針線包 ，真是無語。

號稱高檔酒店 其實就是漢庭如家的體驗 説是森林酒店 對着是辦公樓跟停車場 地毯不知道多久沒洗過 還寫着弄臟賠錢 前台拽的不要不要的 早餐我就哭了 要水果沒水果 要豆漿沒豆漿 幹嚼包子饅頭差點噎死 這樣你也敢賣全季的價格？？?
