The hotel service staff have friendly smiles. Whether they are the front desk, restaurant, or room attendants, they will take the initiative to say hello, making people feel warm. If you need to contact the room service, they are always responsive and have a strong sense of service. The bedding is very comfortable and the pillows are soft. I asked for a buckwheat pillow and it was delivered quickly. In addition, the overall light in the room is dark, especially the bathroom mirror light, which makes me unable to put on makeup happily. Overall, I feel pretty good. I will go to Guiyang in the future. Will stay again😊

My friend and I stayed here for one night. Whilst there was nothing wrong with the hotel and we enjoyed our stay, I did feel the place is a little dated. The room was clean and comfortable, it had floor to ceiling windows that made the room very light and offered a nice view over Guiyang. The bathroom was really large and the TV in the bath was a nice touch. It was just small things that ‘missed the mark’ like mouldy sealant and tarnished chrome around the basin, they’re not a big deal, just not something I expect in a five star hotel. Overall our stay was good though and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

Before coming here, I searched for Guiyang guides on Ctrip and Xiaohongshu. I chose Anantara Guiyang Resort Hotel as my first stop. It is about half an hour's drive from Longdongbao Airport. The hotel is halfway up a mountain in Longli. The decoration style is a strong Thai exotic style. When we walked into the hotel front desk, Star and the personal butler Zoe were very considerate and upgraded us to the room type with the best view. When we opened the room, we saw yellow and green mountains and plains, like oil paintings, on the bed. The heartwarming cards and fruity rituals make people feel at home. The hotel also has many activities suitable for the whole family, which is very suitable for parent-child travel. When you come back from the trip, peach gum syrup has been prepared in the hotel room. Dinner is at the hotel. The Siam Thai restaurant, the authentic Thai taste is very authentic. The chef is a real Thai and he came out to say hello to us and carefully asked how it tasted. I really experienced the feeling of vacation here, relaxed and warm, but Due to time constraints, we were not able to stay a few more days, so we were given a souvenir before leaving. We were very satisfied with the entire stay and praised it very much. We highly recommend the Anantara Guizhou Hotel and hope that friends who come to Guiyang will choose it first. Bar 😀😀👍👍👍

We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly. Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The hotel environment is good and the view from the high floor is good. It was very late when we arrived at the store. However, Morty arranged the room for us in advance and made the turndown arrangements. A piece of fruit was also given. Alex learned that we had children with us, and he was very considerate and helped us prepare supplies for the children. I will come back sometime soon.

I booked two rooms temporarily for a business trip with a colleague. It is a five-star old family. Although the rooms are small and the equipment is not new, they should have them, and the maintenance is still OK, so I can sleep comfortably and the price is not expensive. The ohm eggs for breakfast are the best I have ever eaten in the Mainland (Picture 8), and the attitude of the service staff is also super good. But bread and butter are the most disgusting I have ever seen (Figure 9). They are cheap artificial flavors and fresh milk without ”ice”. I really don't know what the person in charge of this restaurant thinks? Do you really understand the basic needs of Western breakfast? , I was really deducted to a negative point by this butter.

When I came to Guiyang for transit, I stumbled upon a hotel very close to the high-speed railway station with a nice and quiet environment. The hotel is located in the new area, the surrounding area is very quiet, eating and drinking is very convenient, close to the China World Trade Center and Century Golden Resources, the public waiting area is suitable, the front desk brother is very enthusiastic. The room decoration is very warm. The waiter is also very enthusiastic and polite. The pleasant surprise is that the room is very new and the decoration is good. The room is very large and the shower has a large amount of water. The passerby takes a hot bath, which is really relaxing. The most important thing is that the surroundings are very quiet, the curtains are closed, and the surroundings feel very quiet. It also met all the requirements, and overall it was very good.
