Overall I am satisfied. It was nice because it was a suite. However, there was no view.
There were services that were different from other places, such as laptop rental.

check-in online and in receipt said 3pm but at the hotel THU said it was 9pm and I was forced to pay extra $20-$25 USD to check in ‘early’ at 6pm

Everything was good. Except parking...
Because it is a new building, the facilities, especially the room design, are better than most 4-star hotels.
The bedding is clean and hotel brand.
Parking should be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
Autonomous parking locations on the first floor and basement are mandatory, not voluntary, on a first-come, first-served basis.
The main room is conveniently located on the first floor, and accommodation is located in the basement (ㅡ ㅡ;)
We do not ask for customer understanding, but force it.
