It feels generally normal. Passable. Next time think about the castle

We stayed on ninjago, very lovely. The detalis are very nice. You must eat at hungry bear restaurant - you have lots to choose, many side dishes, stuff is amazingly friendly and food super. You have a place to play for kids.

We stayed here during the Easter holidays and it was really lovely. We had a room in the castle and we could see the park from our room. The kids enjoyed having their own little room in the front. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The shower is with a rain shower and they provide soap, but not conditioner, so bring your own if that’s important to you. The whole village is really super for families, with playgrounds everywhere, mini golf (for an extra fee) and a high ropes course (also with a fee). We had breakfast in the castle restaurant and dinners at the Jungle Buffet. I would say breakfast is pretty good, sometimes a little chaotic with so many people, but they do a good job of keeping things orderly. Also at the Jungle Buffet, we liked that the drinks are included and there was fairly okay variety for food options. Some small details are a bit missing - for example the “treasure hunt” resulted in the wrong code, and this was not user error. The hunt was likely referencing a different Lego display than what was in the lobby. The towels could definitely use a little refresh, but they are still okay. At many other theme parks, when you stay at the associated hotel, you also get early entry into the park. This is not the case at LEGOLAND Germany. All in all, I would most definitely recommend the LEGOLAND resort for families with children under 10.

It was a great stay in the Ninjago Theme Room, great experience in the lego land park and very helpful+superfriendly personnel here and there. Took the Pirate's dinner, the included breakfast - excellent and a lot of variety. Super clean room and all the details around, fully amazing. For everyone who likes LEGO, an absolute MUST. Had a 2-day pass to the Legoland, we didn't take advantage of express pass (took the most important rides already early the day) - other rides with short or even no waiting queue then later the day. Of course a lot of lego stuff to buy everywhere, prices are too high of course. You rather buy it for less wherever else :) Try to be there a bit earlier than 10:00, on the 2 days we were there, they opened at 9:30. Overall we might come again and try another theme room or an external accommodation.

Our entire experience was really great. However, I am specifically writing to tell you about the outstanding dinner we had in the steakhouse. First of all, our waitress (Pauline i think) was AMAZING! Funny, friendly, professional, knowledgeable... she was fantastic. That alone would have made this great. But, the food (steak) cooked by Timothy was the best I have had in 27 years in Germany. We were so well taken care of I just had to write and compliment these outstanding employees. I wish we could eat there every week. To ensure we give credit to the correct server, we were family Ritch room 127 and we had a 1900 reservation on 30 Aug. Thank you all!

We were very happy with the hotel room and wonderfully surprised with the restaurant in the Pirates hotel. The food was delicious and the menu has plenty food for the all family. The pirate mini golf was also a plus value besides of some many playgrounds. A dream for any child!

Just like when we came last year, the camping is still the cleanest ever! Great showers, toilets, free washing machine, free dryer, tent herrings and power cable (against a deposit) available at reception and close to the Legoland entry! Absolutely super! Note that, as mentioned on the Legoland website, the ground is hard! But the special tent herrings available at reception will help you deal with that easily.

It was our best experience ever! And our little boy was thrilled! The park is amazing, the hotel is wonderful and the staff is very kind! Legoland is a place where every kid (and adult as well) has to go at least once in a lifetime!

Cool. Park fun for under 12 yo. Hotel disappointing. Very expensive but family friendly and a sweet experience. Staff is soooooo attentive. Everyone seems really happy with his/her job. You can see a bit if passion in everybody's eyes. :-)

We stayed the Legoland holiday parc on both the way to and back from Italy, coming from the Netherlands. Locationwise it’s very handy for a lay over. Both times we had a themed cottage which has a seperate bedroom with bunkbed. We especially enjoy this place because of the playgrounds for the kids, which come in very handy after over 6 hours in the car. We doubted making the reservation because of the costs, around € 300 for one night. But if you realise this is for 4 people, offers 2 bedrooms, includes a good breakfast buffet and various playgrounds, it’s definitely worth it. And the kids really enjoy the experience. The only complaint we had was there was an anniversary fireworkshow on the first night we stayed there. Nobody informed us this would happen during the check-in. The kids were asleep and at 10 PM it sounded like canons were fired from the cottage next door. It woke them and scared them a lot. We heard a lot of other kids crying in the cottages around us.

We had a great time in the themed hotels! The decorations in the hotels and rooms was incredible and so much fun for the kids! There are so many playgrounds to explore and fun to be had when you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the park! The only negative we found were the options in the restaurants for people with allergies or food preferences:-(. There were no gluten free or dairy free options. We had to pay extra to order the kids menu with just a grilled instead of breaded chicken! OUTRAGEOUS! My husband is vegan and had one!!! option on the menu! Besides that not giving him any variety or option to chose that dish had ingredients he can not eat. Thank god we brought protein powder and lots of snacks!

Great stay in Ninjago Quartier! We were a bit concerned with the negative reviews linked to the room temperatures, but it was not worst than our own bedrooms on a warm summerday 😀 kids loved the themed room and there is a great vibe in the hotels - themed restaurants a la carte are reasonavly priced, the theme dinners are a bit expensive. Our tip: 1. You are allowed in the park before 10:00 - while the rides only open at 10:00, this gives you the possibility to get in a queue early and win about 45 minutes on a popular ride!

Someone knows very well how to take care of their customers. Recommendation: toast bread for b-fast. Hot water in the room to be regulated into warm water. Many thx, we will be back!!! Management deserves to get "a special thank you" from the owner! :-)

The park and the rooms are very clean and beautiful! The food is very tasty everywhere and you get a lot on your plate. It is not that Lego is predominant in the park, but what has been built is very beautiful and sometimes large. Compared to Eurodisney I give Legoland a 9/10, Eurodisney a 6/10. Legoland is definitely recommended.
