Room are not good and not clean as per room rent. Ac not working properly. No parking available for car. Bathroom are not much clean. No tv working room rent was high. As per facility

Even though it is a bit reasonable compared to others, a basic things in the ac room are cleanliness,. The toilet was ok, but in the room there were spider webs. The property is old hence it needs maintenance. I paid around 3500 for 2 ac room

Room was not that clean as expected, then bathroom was even more dirty, bathroom had bad smell, tv were not working, we have to request hot water to turn on which is again terrible. Overall experience was not that good compared to price. It wast even better than lodge.

Administration was good and timely completed the formalities of booking. However the room was not so clean and tidy. Further the bed sheets, pillowcases were not to the mark. The washroom was out of shower only pipe outlet. No provision of drinking water. Hospitality is as if they are obliging us. Hope all these will be improved

Hotel is in the middle of the market. Difficult to reach by car. Rooms were clean but linens and towels were not clean

Cleaning is very low quality. Washrooms was also in very bad condition. Even they didn't given any water. Ac room booked but very poor ac working. No meaning to book ac rooms.

Third class service and hotel management all service are poor no response any problem total time and money vest

The hotel is in a gully but there is enough parking space in front of the hotel. The reception is on 2nd floor and the rooms are on 3rd and 4th floor. There is a lift. It is an old hotel so ambience is not so good. Ac was not powerful. Room is spacious. People are good and available. Towels are not soft. It has a bar and restaurant on ground floor. Bf can be had nearby, a lot available.
