I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The surrounding terrain and natural scenery are absolutely beautiful, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The property is very quiet, making it the perfect place to enjoy nature. The staff were friendly, attentive, and communicative.

The property has potential with good environment and hardware; but the soft aspect of guest room is not well taken care of and this affects customer experience. Likes - quiet & serene environment, good service in providing prompt internal transport Areas need more attention for improvement: - in the room the coffee & tea container is there but empty - in the bathroom there were lots of small toiletry bottles but shower gel is missing! Imagine a guest is already in shower & finds no shower gel to use..... - cloth hanger with clips was not in good order; side table is badly stained. - it may be on purpose but no tv & no phone is a no-no for customer experience. Phone to contact front desk remains the most efficient & direct means of communication & service; even in today's high tech era. - why create a dent in customer experience when breakfast is covered yet charge for coffee?

We had a great relaxing time in this hotel while visiting the red stone national park and Furong Town. They picked-us up for free at the train station in a nice SUV, arranged a fair-priced transportation back and forth to the red stone national park and also offered free drop-off and pick-up at Furong ancient town. Our butler Binbin did his best to help and was very nice. The only things that disappointed us was the management of the facilities like the bar which had no AC turned on while it was more than 30 degrees, so it was basically a sauna...we would have loved to have a drink there enjoying the view. The restaurant is unfortunately very different from the dining room picture advertised (which is only used for breakfast and is also very hot during the day). We would expect to see someone around to serve and also a menu with some snacks at least. The pool, although beautiful and with a great view, has only one bed so not even a couple can really relax side by side...and again no service or anyone around to get some drinks or so. The breakfast is served rather early and only within a span of 1,5 h, from 8 to 09:30. Apart from this the hotel is located in a calm area where you can really relax just some minutes outside Furong town.

Very aesthetic hotel, service is awesome, breakfast with a view

Location is about 10+ mins to Furong ancient town, overlooking farm houses. Very quiet and serene. It’s a beautiful accommodation with soothing deco. Love the huge glass walls with plenty of sunlight. However it falls short on maintenance - one of the rooms we stayed in could improve on cleanliness. The guest room was warm and the air-con could not cool down the temperature for the entire night and we had to sleep with 2 fans on. Not quite worth the price paid. Breakfast was good though.

Owners must try very hard to operate this BNB in this area. Great place to stay. Food is good. Staffs are super helpful and impeccable. Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. You should deep breathe the fresh air in the morning. Bathroom and living area floor are heated. How sweet! It cannot compare the Airbnb in Queenstown New Zealand stayed few years back but why not give it a try with limited resources they have. A must go BNB if you pass this small town. Give it a try. Something need to improve is absolutely NO Smoking in the dining area and remove the stain in the bench which guests left behind. Speed train is only 15 mins away. Highly recommended.

A very convenient stay-cation. We were staying there for one night however, there services are absolutely perfect. They were picking us up up free from the station- hotel- Furong Ancient Town. Highly recommended for those who hesitate on booking. You will get your perfect holiday here!
