Very good stay, the room is clean and tidy without bugs, the price is very reasonable, and there is 24h WIFI and hot water, washing machine and self-catering. It was a great experience, including two badrooms, one Bathroom, one little Living room and Kitchen, Hot water is available 24 hours a day and Self laundry available

Good location in Ortigas City. Hotel room is big and good for family gatherings, hence only 2 elevators are working and hallway is too hot while waiting for the elevator. Overall, this is a worth stay.

The hotel's location in Ortigas, Pasig City, is fantastic. It's within walking distance to Mega Mall and The Podium, and if traffic isn't bad, it's only about a 30-minute drive to the airport. So, geographically, I was very satisfied. However, there were some disappointing aspects regarding the service. It was difficult to reach housekeeping and reception by phone. Even though I booked for two people, there was only one pair of indoor slippers and one bathrobe, which was a bit of a letdown. Especially at check-in, despite only two people being ahead of me and seeing more than five staff members, I still had to wait for almost 20 minutes. I was told they would call me when the room was ready, so I waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes. When no one called, I went back to reception only to find out the key was already prepared. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were supposed to include a bathtub, but I was assigned a room without one. It took nearly 30 minutes to get it changed. Thanks to this, I did get an upgrade from a queen to a king bed, but the slow response times, lack of amenities, and somewhat outdated facilities were undeniably disappointing. There was also a continuous thumping noise after 2 AM, and in the morning, I discovered it was due to construction in the adjacent room. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also an issue, with hair found in the bathtub. On the brighter side, the breakfast was a neat Asian-style meal. Although the variety wasn't extensive, the taste was decent. Given that I knew it wasn't a brand-new hotel before booking, I wasn't bothered by the older facilities. The unobstructed view and convenient access to nearby amenities and transportation were great, and I was very satisfied with the price. Therefore, I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone looking for a good value-for-money trip.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores. Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive. Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure. Cons: For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it. The room door is annoyingly hard to open. Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing. Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small. Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities. Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
