I booked a room with Ctrip. I thought it was an old hotel after reading the reviews, but I was surprised when I came in. The room environment is very good, the facilities are not old, it is quiet, it is close to the duty-free shop, and it feels very safe next to the provincial government. I was unlucky this time. It was rainy and cloudy for the past few days. I didn't expect it to be so cold in Haikou. After checking into the hotel room, I found that my room did not have air conditioning, so I discussed with the hotel whether I could change it to a room with air conditioning. Later, the hotel staff arranged a room with a kitchenette for me. Although the area was smaller than the previous one, it was warmer. The hotel also presented welcome fruits and two drinks.
