Sheraton Haikou Hotel

This stay was a pleasant experience! Butler Zirong provided excellent and thoughtful service, proactively sharing vouchers and the shuttle schedule. She also gave a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities like the hot springs, swimming pool, and kids' club, and recommended nearby attractions such as the duty-free shop. The room was comfortable, the environment beautiful, and the service professional.

To be honest, the hotel itself has excellent facilities, a beautiful welcome area, and a great location. However, it's very damp with a strong musty smell, so much so that I had to buy an air freshener. As for the service, it was really lacking – this wasn't available, that wasn't provided. It's a far cry from hotels that have been renovated in recent years.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff helped me find my lost phone, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant – it was both quiet and lively. The hotel's location is excellent, and the facilities are well-arranged. I was very happy with both my rest and my accommodation.

The food selection was amazing, and the pho was especially delicious. The accommodations were great too – very quiet, and the bed and duvet were super comfortable. The hotel's pool and kids' play area kept both adults and children entertained. Being right by the ocean was fantastic; you just step out onto the beach. Plus, there's a jogging track, which is perfect for fitness enthusiasts. In the evenings, there was a singer performing English songs beautifully, creating a really romantic atmosphere. The service was also incredibly warm and attentive, from the lobby staff to the butler and even the team helping with pickups and drop-offs – everyone was so welcoming and thoughtful. It was a pleasant and satisfying trip, and I'd love to come back again.

The room was terrible, old, and run-down, with a strong musty smell. This is the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. It's worse than a budget hotel. The buffet dinner was also not good; the salmon was fake, and the meat was frozen. I don't know where all these good reviews came from.

Sheraton Haikou was an amazing choice for our Qingming Festival outing! They had so many fantastic activities for families – DIY qingtuan, beach treasure hunts, and pool parties kept us entertained non-stop. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, the staff were warm and detailed, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend for a family vacation, a perfect score! A big shout-out to Sally and Fanny. Booking a photoshoot through them was also a great experience!

We stayed in a garden room on the first day and were recommended Alalei the butler's WeChat. On the second day, we booked a sea-view room, and the service was excellent. They proactively arranged value-added services for us. The breakfast was superb, and they helped us book the buffet dinner. Any requests we had for the room were promptly fulfilled, which was great. The complimentary desserts were also a delightful touch. After moving into the sea-view room, it felt a bit damp, but they helped us dry and change the bedding and added a dehumidifier, and the issue was resolved. We had a pretty good rest afterward.

When we checked in, our rooms weren't ready yet. We had two rooms booked, and Arale (the staff member) was amazing, keeping us updated on their availability. They proactively arranged for our luggage to be sent to our rooms, which was a fantastic service. We also received welcome fruit! When we returned from going out, our room cards were waiting for us. Plus, when we had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, they sorted it out for us immediately. The service was truly excellent. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance. Thanks for taking care of us!

Overall, my stay was quite good. A special thanks to Zirong, our butler, who thoughtfully shared vouchers and the shuttle schedule, making travel and spending very convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, facilities are well-maintained, and the service staff are very friendly. My only minor suggestion is that room cleanliness could be improved; I noticed a small amount of sand on the duvet during my stay. I hope the cleaning standards can be enhanced in the future.
