There are train stations, art museums, and convenience stores within walking distance. The interior of the building is very clean, the facilities are great, and it was spacious enough for six of us to stay comfortably.

The building was originally 2 stories high but was designed to be divided into 4 floors with a staircase in the middle. The basement is tatami, the first floor is the bathroom, the second floor is the kitchen and dining room, and the third floor is the bedroom with 2 single beds. The decoration design is comfortable and the kitchen utensils are complete, but it is inconvenient for the elderly and children to keep going up and down.

Everything in the house was very new, and having two toilets was a plus. However, having the bedrooms, toilets, bathroom, and kitchen on separate floors (four floors total) was quite inconvenient, especially since I had to carry my luggage up several floors. Also, perhaps because the house was so new, I couldn't help but smell the renovations throughout my three-day, two-night stay.

This B&B is great, with great location, cleanliness, and cost-effectiveness. The transportation is very convenient, and you can get there by H, J, M buses or mountain trams. It makes the trip much more enjoyable.

This was my first time experiencing self-service check-in. I saw the room pictures in my booking and thought there was a reception desk, which was a complete surprise. This is a single-family guesthouse with three floors (a bit like a five-story building). The first floor has tatami mats, where you make your own bed. The cabinets have a strong wood odor, which can be smelly when the air conditioner is on. The living room is quite large and well-equipped. The bathroom has strong water pressure and is very comfortable, using a Rinnai heating system. The two bathrooms fully meet the basic needs of a family trip. The location is pleasant, located on a county road, and the soundproofing is relatively good, though you can still hear a little noise from passing cars. The house is located halfway up a slope, a nine-minute walk from the Tozan Railway's Kokuro no Mori Station, and you have to push your luggage up the steep slope. Overall, the stay was comfortable, the air was fresh, and I felt refreshed.

The room was large and self check-in was very convenient.
