Room was not made up upon arrival, then saw the sink was cracked and one of the beautiful seashell pictures was broken… the shower & toilet was very weak water pressure

Check in . 4pm
Arrived at counter 3,53 . Person told me check in at 4. Come on 7 minutes ? Once i arrived at the room at 4,15 (yes 2 elevators serving a high Rise takes time) the cleaners aint ready .
Check out is smooth. One day i was trying to check the pool out from a Window. Security Guy told me im not allowed to stand and look . I asked him why . He Said pool is that way. Cmon guys not cool. Dont leave ur bags after check out cuse when you go and collect them the front reception wont help you, they only say find the Guy in a black suite. Ok just one problem,, they all wear black . Double room out dated, shower low pressure but hot .

My experience was very good, only concerns were it took a very long time to get up and down the elevators, not enough elevators for the amount of people in the hotel, also the parking should have been free for the duration of my stay, that was very dissappointing

The view from the room was beautiful…. The elevators were so long….only 2 for 30 stories high…..
Nobody went to clean the room from sunday until friday…
The transportation to the beach, no beach towels….
I would NOT recommaded…….

very bad experiance , bad servise , derty room , no clean towels, The toilets were clogged and flooded, there was no possibility to shower.
We had to shower elsewhere, at reception we were informed that it was our problem and they did not take care of it, ********** shuold take care of the toilet , that's how we stayed in a stinking room for five days.
Recommends everyone to stay away from this place.

No one was wearing masks including employees, The room was in very bad shape compared to pictures published on the booking site, the carpet is dirty with bleach stains, There was used condoms and other lubes by the bed, Lamp is broken. Sheets and towels were clean and view is nice. I would not go back.

Great location, building itself-not bad at all. We stayed in Unit 2104A and it had a lot of wear and tear. Filthy carpet, sofas/furniture, walls, kitchen floors were extremely stained. Missing wall sockets....one set of towels for a family of three...for a 5 day stay...we had to purchase our own towels because the owner , not the hotel is responsible for cleaning/supplying towels. We made the best of the situation but never again will we stay in a private unit over a regular hotel.
