We managed to make a reservation at this hotel when it was busy. Still, the facilities were good, the staff were cheerful, and they were very kind to us who are not used to business hotels. The breakfast is also consistent with Route Inn. I would like to stay here again!

I made a reservation online, but it didn't show up at the store, so the process took a while. It's close to the station, but there's free parking, which was nice. It was hard to find where the amenities were.

The staff, the room facilities, the location, and the breakfast were all excellent.
The only disappoin**ent was that the bath was too cold. It was a great large public bath, after all. And it didn't have an auto-lock. If you know about both of those things, it's not a problem, but it's a shame because everything else is so good.
