疫情後首次日本遊定了四個星野的酒店 三個界一個奧入瀨 首先最值得肯定的是星野的服務 熱情周到 對比下來在地樂最最滿意的就是界遠州 喝了各種靜岡茶 非常用心了 最敷衍的是界波羅託 用紙折起來裝乾花 茶水吧最豐富也是界遠州 設施的話收購改造的舊的温泉有韻味 新建的反而是快捷酒店温泉 比如界按針 界波羅託 界阿爾卑斯 餐食都很好 衹是遠州更精美更和我的口味 刺身品質更好 交通到濱鬆下來乘公交5 0分鐘走5分鐘 遺憾的是這條公交線會到動物園也是濱松植物園非常好 不知道 沒去 所以界遠州應該會再來 非常推薦 濱名湖水質在日本算一般般

浜松を訪れて、舘山寺温泉に宿泊した際に利用した温泉旅館です。 浜松湖畔に建つ、元は花乃井という温泉旅館だったそうですが、宿泊したときは、星野リゾートの高級旅館ブランド「界」になっていました。 全３３室の和洋室・レイクビューの客室で、琉球畳とフローリングを配した和モダンな空間ですが、客室にはシャワーブースのみです。 １階の別棟に男女別の広々とした温泉があり、特に不自由は感じませんでした。 界独特のおもてなしは、日本一のお茶処にちなんだ「美茶楽」 のおもてなしと、旬の食材を取り入れた会席料理で、河豚と鰻を堪能できました。

料理がひどい 本当にひどい 味もひどいしセンスもない。 全国の界に10回以上宿泊したがぶっちぎりにひどく ずっと味のない料理とひどい盛り付けが続き 湯葉の刺身（しょうゆの味しかしない） 白菜と人参しか入っていないもちしゃぶ（ポン酢の味しかしない） 味のしない湯葉しか入ってない茶碗蒸しが続いて我慢の限界を超えて 店員にクレームをいれた。 料理が不味い言い訳が3回くらい変わって不信感もすごかった。 特別室に宿泊し、静岡のお茶にも満足し、個室露天風呂も満足だった。 だからこそ料理の酷さが際立った。 今後、宿泊することがあっても間違いなく食事なしプランを選ぶと思う。 他の界では大丈夫です。 ひどいのはここの界だけです。 近隣に鰻屋さんもたくさんあるようですから食事なしプランをおすすめします。

利き新茶体験から始まり、ティースタンドやつむぎ茶畑、茶摘み体操などなど、ほかの施設では体験できない、界遠州ならではが詰まっている素敵なお宿でした。ご当地楽を目当てに子供の教育にもなると思い、界めぐりをしていますが、今回はお茶について興味をもち、好きになったようで、こちらの狙い通りとなりました。ティーカードにお茶の名前が書かれていますが、子供はまだ漢字が読めないので、それぞれのイラストをみながらお気に入りの茶葉、川根茶を記憶したみたいです。スタッフの方がデザインを考えたとのこと、かわいいイラストにとても心が和みました。子供が食事中に絵を描いていたのをみて、翌朝紙とクーピーをさっと用意していただけたことも、さすがだなぁと感心しました。

他の客とほとんど会わなかったことがコロナ禍なので大変良かったです。大浴場も他の人がいなく貸切のような状態でしたのでリラックスできました。

駐車場から外観を見たら古い温泉旅館かと思いきや中に入ると温泉とお茶の別世界。料理もスタッフのサービスも星野リゾートクオリティで、満点でした。

周りの友人達からは、高評価も厳しい意見もある星野リゾート。今回、やっとご縁あって宿泊出来ました。 自分の目で見て、体験出来て本当に良かったです。 素晴らしい経験でした。 ハードは、リノベーション。古き良き旅館の部分をちゃんと残しつつ、ギャップを感じないように使いやすくセンスよくリノベしてました。 眺望も考えられてて、眼下に茶畑（散策出来ます）、眼の前は浜名湖。 ちなみにアメニティ、いい香りです。 素晴らしいのはソフト面。オペレーションが細やか、で、爽やか。ちょっと大人のテーマパークっぽい。 読書して、聞き茶して、エクササイズして、静岡グルメ。 贅沢な時間を過ごせました。 また来ます。
