Lovely room, bed comfortable, bathroom functional but dated.
Convenient to help settle my daughter into her new apar**ent locally in Heimfeld.
A little annoyed that the room was not cleaned after 2 days as listed on the room information - I was staying for 4 nights - I questioned this with reception who shrugged and said the cleaners had probably forgotten to do it! It wasn't cleaned the next day either!

Charming hotel that makes you feel at home. Nice rooms. Quiet. Nice surroundings. Easy access to city center of Hamburg. Excellent breakfast. Everything was great accept the lack of room service during a 3 night stay, i.e. no cleaning or fresh towels.

What can I say? Price/performance is light years apart! The bathroom, which is underground and in a state where demolition is the only solution, is still praised! The rest is unfortunately no better! Sorry, the photos on the website and in reality don't match.
