On arrival we were met by the reception porter, he took our suitcases and we followed him into the reception area. We gave our names and passports to the receptionist and then we were shown to a seat ing area and given water and fruit juice. As soon as the receptionist was finished we paid the room tax which is about £5.50 each and then we were given our wrist bands and shown to our room. Through tui I had requested a quiet room on a high floor, we were on the top floor of a 2 story block It was very quiet the 2 weeks we were there so our room was quiet but the doors had no softeners on them so best will in the world you couldn’t close the doors quietly 🤣. The staff were absolutely amazing from Abdula and Brian the pool guys to the waiter that brought us drinks in the daytime along with peanuts popcorn and a platter of sliced fruit. Then there was the waiter in the afternoon post 4pm with his little song of beep, beep I’m a jeep no I’m sorry I’m a lorry 🤣 he made the best mojitos. Then of course the dinner waiter he kept a table for us at breakfast and dinner. They were all fabulous as was our room maid. Our room was clean fresh towels everyday, the only problem we had was ants but that was probably our own fault as we’d brought some sweets with us for the plane and the ants sniffed them out 🫤 but once we removed them from the room it was fine. Then beach was lovely we walked along it in both directions, no one bothered us which was nice we also went for a walk outside the hotel and again we weren’t bothered but we did go out before 10am so it was quite quiet except for the street cleaning ladies but they just said bonjour so I always said it back There were a lot of cats and dogs around the area but they didn’t bother us and we didn’t bother them, they didn’t seemed undernourished and there was lots of little bowls of water everywhere so someone was looking out for them. There were a lot of cats that hung around the beach restaurant where you had lunch and this was also the al-acarte restaurant. The food was a little repetitive but was of good quality. I’m not a great meat eater but I’m okay with chicken so I basically had chicken veg and either potatoes or rice for lunch and dinner whereas my hubby will try the other meats on offer. The entertainment team were very friendly but they soon realised we were just on holiday to sit in the sun and read 😂, even so they still came and said hello and some even still asked us if we wanted to play the games. The evening entertainment started quite late after 9.30pm and never really started until after that and the room wasn’t very good as there were a lot of pillars so the views were limited if you sat in the wrong place but obviously it was too cold to sit outside but they do have a stage where early evening entertainment was either a singer or someone playing and instruments they also did cocktails and pre dinner snacks there too. My favourite evening was the Tunisian nights where you had the guys l

Absolutely fantastic hotel, as we arrived we were given glasses of fresh juice and our bags were taken to our rooms for us. We had a sea view room, the rooms were clean and spacious with amazing view of the beautiful beach. The food was very tasty with lots of choice, the wait staff were very attentive and our glasses were never empty and they remembered us throughout our stay, saving our table for us and having our drinks ready for our arrival during our evening meal. There were plenty of activities throughout the day to keep the whole family entertained. We would love to return again soon !

Living in the UK, my family were desperate for some sunshine. We booked this resort for a week last minute. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team tried really hard and entertainment was perfect. The whole complex including the beach was well maintained. Food was really good. All in all it was a very relaxed atmosphere, and I’m sure I will return in the future. If you play golf, there is a local golf course up the road called citrus. Lastly, please draw some cash for the staff. A 10 dinar note, £3 , is much appreciated.

Overall “average” experience . I had problems with food, as being a vegetarian family, there was little selection of what we could eat. The waiters, especially the head waiter of the main dining area; This man didn’t just ignore our request for some help, but even laughed behind our backs with his colleagues, even with minor requests such as drinking water. I also noticed that we as an Indian family received a somewhat “reserved” treatment akin to indifference. I cannot fault the location and the ambiance of the location but the resort could go some way to improve their attitudes.

First time visiting and wow what a place! Our sea view was amazing, rooms need some TLC but they have all you need and you don’t spend long in them as the hotel is brilliant . The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The service is absolutely perfect, your needs are certainly catered for. All the staff work really hard and cannot fault them. The garden areas are well maintained and look lovely. 3-1 the photographer is so funny and friendly and we cannot mention all the staff who made our holiday as would he here all day! Would recommend the massage and the a la carte dining, a lovely touch from the hotel. Thank you! We loved our time here and will hopefully be back.

Great hotel we arrived to be greeted with fresh orange juice and a member of hotel took our cases to our room , great friendly staff , very clean , lovely rooms , beds comfortable ,food lovely I found lunch had best choice in restaurant by beach . Evening dinner in main restaurant not a lot of choice ! Wine is readily available Ted whit or rose’. And first night we arrived around 8.30 food was cold and not much choice so I had children’s pasta spaghetti which was …. Cold Breakfast mainly consists of cereals some cheese and meats. Fruit , eggs or omelet , Turkey sausages and some tomato and some time beans and sauce , or pancakes tea coffee and juices available . Rooms are nice we had a sea view room bed comfortable except pillows . Tv no English channels But only mainly wanted for news catch up evening . Fridge available , bath robes and toiletries provided . Rooms cleaned daily Beach area is maintained and sand raked through near seating area although further along you will find glass in sand and plastic so please be careful . Pool area is lovely and clean and waiters are always around to bring drinks and snacks Also pool attendant will bring towels and lounger cushions for you . If you miss breakfast there’s a food truck at side of pool you can grab a bite to eat . There is a heated pool on rooftop and sun loungers pool is lovely and warm so give it a go it’s very clean and fresh . Entertainment was fantastic , if you have children I don’t think you will see much of them as Rio and Rafa and team will keep them busy during day and in the disco of evening ….thats we’re it’s all going on some great shows and dancing although I have to admit the club could do with a bit of a refurb as furniture is old and carpets fraid in places so be careful not to trip , would be nice to see some tables cleaned too after people have used . But all in all good atmosphere and enjoyed entertainment . There is archery available darts horse riding and water sports . Don’t let the little things put you off we had a wonderful holiday and will definatly go back thank you for a lovely happy holiday 🏖️

An out of season gem. Can’t speak for holiday peak, but came in April & was delighted. Attentive, thoughtful staff. Amazing chefs. Spotless facilities. Glorious gardens. With a private beach & 2 pools easy to relax. Quite this month so no issue with sun beds anywhere or anytime. Trips to El Jem & Carthage are a must for history & antiquities. Hotel can arrange for you. Oh, and ‘all inclusive’ really was ALL inclusive - 24 hrs…. Food non stop. Bottles of wine at dinner, massages and theme restaurant all at no extra charge. Pastas & grills cooked to order a well as huge buffet. I’m veggie & was catered for. Amazing value for what we paid. There are entertainments, but complex is big enough that you can join in or be elsewhere. A well presented operation overall.
