Checked in and checked out 10 minutes later. Sheets were gross, room not cleaned very well. Would like a full refund.

You get what you pay for. There is a sign on the back of the room door advising the law requires the room be cleaned every 3 days. It only gets cleaned if requested. The shower tub is dangerous to get out of because there is a significant step down.

There are bugs crawling around, used shampoo and conditioners with hair left as new. Paid $450 for night.

Bed sheets were dirty, stained and gross. I felt uncomfortable even using them. Pictures are not what the jacuzzi actually looks like.

Room was shoddy and run down and smelled musty. Cleanliness was questionable (found hairs in bathtub and old bandaid stuck to floor). Only one room key ever worked, even after exchanging it for a new one. Bed was, quite possibly, the most uncomfortable thing I have ever had the misfortune of sleeping on. “Breakfast” consisted of pop-tarts, Rice Krispie treats, and other packaged snack food. Asked for bottled water during breakfast hours and was told “someone took them all”. When I asked if she could get more, the answer was “they’re in the back and I don’t have access” – seriously?!

Rude employee yell out to guests in the parking lot, “Hey! Hey! Are you check out?” Why not say, “Excuse me, ma’am or sir, are you checking out at this time?”
Our room floor was disgusting! It was dirty and the bottoms of our feet were black after being there for less than 10 minutes. Night table was dusty and had hair on it. Found trash under one the beds when I dropped something. Never staying here again and will not recommend.

The sheets had marks. Floor towel in bathroom beyond worn towel had marks. Tile in bathroom looked old and dirty. Entire place a bit rundown. I think it was

This place false advertising on the room. The actual room was not great looked dirty and dingy. There was another customer also wanted refund and to not stay there. Then was there 15 min tried to get a refund because of this and was not staying there and the front desk associate heard us on phone with ******* and then calling and did not answer we told them phone isn't ringing and acted like he had no common sense and didn't know why and couldn't check. Then we said call the manager and he claimed he didn't have number. Never again will book there or use 3 Rd party
