大門口外面比較小，不太好停車，不過保安大叔很負責，及時引導住店客人把車開進地下停車場。停車場寬敞乾淨，燈光明亮。
酒店大堂比較氣派，花饃非常漂亮，缺點是温度設定偏低，這幾天陝西大雨，外面氣温較低，客人進來還是冷冰冰的。
房間很大，硬件也不錯，就是衞生很差，淋浴間四方角落都是黃黃的污垢，用紙巾都能擦掉。
西餐廳有下午茶套餐，牛排披薩都不錯，廚師很夠水準。缺點是咖啡速溶，説是前兩天咖啡機壞了，待修。
早餐很豐富，晚上也有自助餐，很多本地人來吃，相當熱鬧。

酒店一看就是家有檔次的酒店，應該是準四星的。酒店房間大，早餐豐富，可選擇的東西很多。酒店有自己的地上，地下免費停車場。房間乾淨衞生，周邊出行，購物，吃飯也非常方便，特別是房間價格親民。推薦給各位看官。

酒店位置下高速不遠，強大企業還算對這個酒店配置挺高的了，價錢親民，商務接待不掉面子，房間面積很大，床品很舒服，易耗品質量看得出來是產品把關了採購的，前台很貼心的給免費升級，謝謝前台小妹妹了，早餐去晚了已經開始收拾了才吃，品種夠吃還算湊活，建議早餐時間不要結束那麼早。地下車庫車位特別多。服務人員細節還是要注意，雖然韓城不是大城市人品素質不那麼高，不過酒店已經標4星了就應該有個樣子，餐廳服務員我問包子什麼餡，女服務員直接上手拿了一個掰開給我看是肉的，我心想這個包子後面會給誰吃，大廳商品櫃枱女員工，酒店大堂應該安安靜靜的，拿東西要輕拿輕放，茶台的椅子地面推進去的，發出刺耳的地板滑過的聲音真的對這個酒店讓我的印象分降低了很多，我經常全國跑住五星級酒店，硬件設施和軟件服務都缺一不可才能給顧客很好的記憶，我以後也會來住，如有評價不脱還請見諒，希望強大集團永勝不敗！

酒店設施五星，衹是前台有位短頭髮戴眼鏡的女同志服務態度超級垃圾需要吐槽一下，看別人有評價戴眼鏡的一位服務差可能就是她，根本不配做酒店服務員！收起你那看不起人的眼神來！端午節送個值一塊錢的手串本來是開心的事，一間房間兩位七十多的老年人你送兩串送不起了？口口聲聲一間房間就一串，直接連盤收走，用瞧不起人的眼神看人，説話語氣惡劣，你老師沒教過你尊重人嗎！

這次出行韓城強大格蘭雲天大酒店總體住宿比較開心，就是晚上剛剛到的時候門口井蓋破損讓我掛到底盤，房子真的很大，從九樓換到八樓也很快，服務人員態度還是很不錯的，就是要一套牙具有點超乎想象，非常慢不過經過跟前台溝通很快拿到，房間乾淨舒適，就是洗澡水忽冷忽熱的是個問題，也許是節假日人太多的緣故吧，不過孩子很喜歡，下次來韓城還會入住這裏
